Chef and owner Jamie Mammano built Mooo…. as the apex of Boston fine dining: classic steakhouse cuisine reimagined with a contemporary, regional sensibility. Think all-natural grass-fed ribeye, Wagyu A5 sirloin, a celebrated wine list, and a dining room dressed in warm, modern neutrals lit by oversized chandeliers. Sophisticated, never stiff.
